As my Dad used to say, I would “gobble up” books when I was a kid, and I still enjoy nothing more than curling up with a good book. I love getting lost in fiction, but as I’ve grown older I’ve definitely tended to lean towards books about self improvement, yoga & mindfulness, writing, and health & wellness.
